2025 was a pivotal year for CresLane. Expanding Partnerships That Drive Retail Growth

Partnerships continued to play a major role in CresLane’s momentum this year. We strengthened relationships across the retail technology ecosystem, most notably expanding our partnership with ndata. Through this collaboration, CresLane retailers gained access to powerful digital coupon capabilities, including the 8112 Digital Coupon Program and custom coupon offerings designed to increase basket size, drive loyalty, and unlock new sales opportunities, without adding operational complexity at the store level.

Launch of Our New Website

In 2025, we unveiled a refreshed CresLane website designed to better reflect who we serve and how we help. The new site delivers clearer navigation, stronger messaging around our POS capabilities, and a more streamlined experience for retailers exploring CresLane for the first time.

EBT EMV Support

As payment regulations and consumer expectations continue to evolve, CresLane introduced EBT EMV support, helping retailers stay compliant while offering a more secure and modern checkout experience for customers relying on SNAP and other benefit programs.

Rewriting the POS: Introducing Flex Retail

One of the most significant milestones of the year was the rewrite of our POS platform, now known as Flex Retail. This foundational investment modernized the architecture of our system, setting the stage for improved performance, faster innovation, and a more flexible user experience, while continuing to support the complex needs of independent retailers.

Spanish Language Support

To better serve the diverse retail community we work with, CresLane proudly launched Spanish-language support in 2025. This expansion ensures more retailers can access assistance, training, and problem resolution in the language they’re most comfortable with, strengthening relationships and improving day-to-day operations.

Growing the CresLane Team

As our platform and customer base grew, so did our team. In 2025, we welcomed Richard Bell and Doug Nielsen to CresLane, bringing additional expertise and capacity to support product development, customer success, and long-term growth initiatives. These additions reinforce our commitment to delivering both strong technology and responsive, knowledgeable support.
